Land prep and building work around Tampa Bay
Sagebrush is listed as housing, but RIPA's September update showed sitework underway. Boos bought the land in February 2026 and said it expected to hand 345 finished lots to D.R. Horton in the fourth quarter. RIPA's crews were putting in the storm drains those lots need before homes can go up.
RIPA has worked on a large Pasco site before. At Wiregrass Ranch Sports Campus in Wesley Chapel, it dug out more than 130,000 cubic yards of dirt. It also put in more than 23,000 feet of pipe, plus curbs and asphalt. That was an earlier job; Boos hired RIPA for the 2026 work at Sagebrush.
Work on the Tampa Florida Temple in Riverview began in August 2025. By September 2026, photos showed crews adding precast panels to the steel frame and starting work in the basement. Plans call for a one-story building of about 29,000 square feet on 12 acres at Camden Field Parkway.

QGS Development is based in Plant City. It works on housing, business, and public sites around Tampa Bay. Its crews clear and grade land, put in water, sewer, and drains, then pave roads. Filmore has 113 pieces of equipment on file for QGS across the company. We don't know how many are at any one job.
