Voice Consent
Filmore Inc. | Last updated June 2026 | https://www.filmore.ai/legal/voice-consent
This policy covers FilmoreAI's voice calls with enrolled dealer personnel and the two methods by which a representative consents to those voice calls. It does not govern SMS.
SMS (text message) alerts are a separate program. Enrollment in the SMS program is completed only through FilmoreAI's digital SMS enrollment screen — no verbal, recorded, or in-person method enrolls a representative in SMS. The SMS program is documented in the Messaging Consent & Enrollment Process and the SMS Program Terms.
What this policy covers
FilmoreAI is business-to-business software used by construction equipment dealers. Voice communications consist of inbound and outbound voice interactions with the FilmoreAI voice agent. Voice calls may use an automated or artificial voice and may be recorded for quality and audit purposes.
Voice calls are placed only to sales representatives who are actively employed by a FilmoreAI dealer customer, on their employer-issued work mobile number, and only after an explicit voice-consent record is on file. FilmoreAI does not call consumers, the general public, or any recipient outside of an enrolled dealer organization.
How voice consent is captured
Representatives consent to voice calls through one of the two methods below. Each produces a complete, auditable consent record. Neither method enrolls the representative in the SMS program; SMS opt-in is completed only through the digital SMS enrollment screen.
Method A — Verbal voice consent script
For in-person enrollment, the dealer's sales manager reads the following script aloud, substituting the bracketed fields with the rep's actual information:
"I'm enrolling your work mobile number, [PHONE], to receive voice calls from FilmoreAI. Calls will come from the following FilmoreAI number(s): [SENDING NUMBERS]. Voice calls may use an automated or artificial voice and may be recorded. You will receive no more than a few scheduled calls per week, plus any calls you start. Your number will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing. You can ask to be removed from voice calls at any time by saying 'remove me' on any call. SMS text alerts are a separate program that you opt into only through FilmoreAI's digital SMS enrollment screen — this verbal consent does not enroll you in SMS. The full voice consent terms are published at www.filmore.ai/legal/voice-consent. Do you consent to receive voice calls from FilmoreAI at [PHONE] from the sending number(s) I just listed? Please confirm yes or no."
The verbal voice-consent record captures the rep identity, destination number, sending numbers, the enrolling manager's name and title, the consent timestamp, and the version of the script read.
Method B — Recorded voice consent
For dealers that prefer voice-led enrollment, the rep confirms voice consent during a recorded call with the FilmoreAI voice agent. The voice agent identifies itself as FilmoreAI, discloses that the call is recorded and may use an automated voice, reads the same disclosures covered in the verbal script, and asks explicitly: "Do you consent to receive voice calls from FilmoreAI at this number? Please say yes or no." The agent also states that SMS text alerts are a separate program completed only through the digital SMS enrollment screen and that this call does not enroll the rep in SMS. The full audio recording and a speech-to-text transcript are stored as the consent record. Enrollment is abandoned if the rep does not affirmatively consent.
Voice call frequency
Voice volume is no more than a few scheduled calls per week plus any rep-initiated calls.
Voice opt-out and help
- Saying "remove me" during any FilmoreAI voice call immediately suppresses further outbound voice calls to the number.
- Emailing support@filmore.ai suppresses further outbound voice calls.
- Say "help" to the FilmoreAI voice agent for assistance.
What we do not do
- We do not place voice calls to anyone other than enrolled sales reps at FilmoreAI dealer customers.
- We do not sell, rent, trade, or share phone numbers with any third party.
- We do not make voice calls without identifying FilmoreAI at the start of the call or without disclosing that the call may use an automated voice and may be recorded.

Questions or consent revocation
Reps, managers, or dealer operations teams can reach FilmoreAI's support desk at support@filmore.ai, or by saying "help" to the FilmoreAI voice agent. A rep can revoke voice consent at any time by saying "remove me" on any call or by emailing the same address.
