These terms govern the FilmoreAI SMS (text message) program. By enrolling, you agree to these terms. They apply in addition to the Messaging Consent & Enrollment Process and the Privacy Policy.
Program description
The FilmoreAI SMS program delivers operational text-message alerts to enrolled construction equipment dealership personnel: daily territory lead recommendations, construction permit and project alerts, UCC filing and equipment-disposition signals, equipment lifecycle and rebuild-window notifications, and replies to text queries you send to FilmoreAI.
Who receives messages
Messages are sent only to sales representatives actively employed by a FilmoreAI dealer customer, on their employer-issued work mobile number, after the representative has opted in. FilmoreAI does not send program messages to consumers or the general public.
How you opt in
Representatives opt in through FilmoreAI's digital enrollment screen, where the rep confirms their work mobile number and actively checks an unchecked consent box to agree to receive recurring operational SMS alerts. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. These are recurring messages sent based on territory activity; typical volume is three to ten messages per business day.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. FilmoreAI does not charge a fee for program messages; your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply to messages you send and receive.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. The keywords STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, and OPTOUT are also honored. After a stop request you receive one confirmation message and then no further messages; reply START to re-subscribe. Reply HELP or INFO for help, or contact support@filmore.ai.
Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Mobile information collected through the program is handled in accordance with the FilmoreAI Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or lead generators for any purpose. Changes to these terms
FilmoreAI may update these SMS Program Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
